My latest completed project out of my garage. I had a blown 1984 Moto Guzzi V65C motor laying around. Initially I was going to do a cafe racer build with it. Turns out motor parts are scarce for it and the ones that are available are pretty darn expensive.

Since it was taking up space on the garage floor, I finally turned it into something useful.

It turned out pretty great and its a great addition to the man cave. I think im going to build a few more and try and sell some through Etsy.

A few more photos can be found on my blog

My brother, that's flipping awesome! Hell I'll give you a ported genIII Hemi block with heads and intake manifold if you promise to make a 8 keg taster tapper.

That is about the coolest thing I've seen in a while.
I wouldn't hesitate to order one if I needed a tap head.
I would like a pull handle a little less busy. It detracts from the cleanliness of your excellent idea and execution of the block.
Maybe a kick starter leg? Clean, shiny, thin, unobtrusive....

I don't really disagree. Keeping parts for the handle that are still from the rear of the bike was tricky to find stuff that would work. I really like the camshaft. But there is only 1 of them

Kickass!

That block is about the perfect size for two lines.

Question though, how is it plumbed for the tap lines in the back? Im not sure wha I am looking at on the backside (not a biker).

I agree about the tap handles, while cool they are a bit overwhelming. Hows the action on them, bet they come down pretty hard with all that weight?

Regardless, looks rad and im sure people will hand over some cash for one.

The backside are just the carburetors. I still like how they looked mounted up.

The lines run through the block where the crank would've been then up through the cylinders and out through the exhaust valves

A good job, I like using bits off it to cobble-together. I assume those are gearbox pieces used for the other pull?

I once had a chance to buy a relatively cheap V 50 (for those of you not into motorcycles, that is a Moto Guzzi 500 cc transverse V-twin, the smaller brother to this tapper head engine). When I found out how much parts were, I passed. The M-G V7 (the larger brother to the tapper engine) has been produced in Italy for 50 years. Like the old model Royal Enfield Bullet 350/500's, an antique, which just happens to have been built recently.

I've kept some interesting parts with the thought of making some sculpture, but using them to dispense suds sounds more-fun, and useful!

Intake ports wouldn't really work well with a motor like that. There wouldn't be enough space between the spigot and the top of the case

Sir you have created possibly the coolest tap tower of all time.
Have you had any beer though it? I humbly suggest Perlick taps.

I have had beer through it, Trapezium Session IPA from Petersburg, VA. It was quite tastey. I will take note of the Perlick taps for the next time i build one. Which could actually be quite soon.
