Finally had to go vertical with the Honda Mini-Trail storage.

That looks fantastic!

prowler777 & robin1731 found a picture of the funny. We hauled it out, about 5-6 years ago and took it to a local drag show along with our altered and Super/Gas car just for a hoot. Fitted with carbs. Might have run, if it had cams in it.

I am in the process of finishing my 35X40 motorcycle shop.

I opted to only appyly sealer to the floor, I may do a small area,10x20 that will be my main work area.

I plan on installing some "built in" workbenches, parts washer and motorcycle lift.

I only do off road dirt bikes, sorry Harley Guys. I do have a late 70's era 650 Yamaha but that will be converted into a street tracker.

I will post some pics soon.

What a nice place...i saw vinyl records on that shelfs????????

What kind of music do you got there?

I got both kinds (Country and Western). I cover many genres. I need to sort through the collection as there is a lot of rubbish in there.

There is a guy who drops in every now and again and acts as dj while we "work"!

I see this thread has kind of died off a little so I thought I would shoot a picture of ours last night. My wife said it looks like a Harley dealership. I don't necessarily think that is a bad thing.:rocker:

Mike.

Picture from outside looking in. The Buell is my son's that is for sale. The Wide Glide and the Ultra Classic are mine. The Street Bob on the lift is my son's new bike.

My son's new 2012 Street Bob. He just brought it home a few nights ago, only has 21 miles on her.

First post. Here is my two bike garage.... The cage stays in the driveway.

It's a work in progress as far as organization goes. Still have to put some junk away.

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic.

Current bike garage:

It's an oldish photo, the garage houses the VFR750 race bike, Z750 Race bike and VFR750 road bike.
The VW's are out in the cold on the driveway ;)

Moving shortly and this is the plan:

It's a shed essentially - but I own it, better than renting it.

I'm more than mildly excited :D

Well, I used to have a purdy garage floor for my babies...

But I have since had to jackhammer it out and have it replaced thanks to a bad builder and Colorado's "hot" soil. :(

"Hot soil"? Care to elaborate? Why did you have to replace concrete?

Hey Jinks, yeah hot soil is a term they use around here to indicate that you have a high concentration bentonite in the soil. It's basically clay that never stops expanding when it gets wet, causing all sorts of problems with foundations and flat work along the front range. It's especially problematic when unscrupulous builders (Richmond America Homes) don't test or build properly for the condition.

My garage floor heaved in the center over 9" in 4 years. you can see about 5" difference at the back of the garage in this pic.

At that point the side garage door could no longer open and you almost had to duck to avoid hitting your head on the open garage door. Soooo...
