Our 30x30 workshop is getting close to being finished, with the interior paneling going in over the next few days. The paneling is done with the same R-panels that are used for the exterior of the metal shop.
I need to mount wall cabinets as part of a garage cabinet setup and am trying to determine the best method. I was thinking of mounting Superstrut vertically between two purlins/girts. I've seen the self-tapping metal screws that are used for the exterior R-panels, but I doubt their ability to hold the Superstrut and the wall cabinets in place.
Any suggestions on what else I should look at to get the cabinets mounted to the horizontal purlins/girts? If the above works, what type of bolts/screws should I use to mount the Superstrut channels?
