Mountain buys EZred?

I was talking to the Matco truck guy at my friends shop last week and he said EZred is now owned by Mountain tools. Google had no confirmation, but I did see some stories suggesting the double box flex end spline wrenches were always made by Mountain and only licensed and sold by EZred.

don't know about that, but here is a Matco connection:

"The E-Z Red Company of Deposit, (NY) was named Supplier of the Year (2013) at the Matco Tools Expo Trade Show in San Antonio, Texas, on Feb. 8."

I was under the impression kabo tools made the mountain, platinum, ez red wrenches. That said I have the platinums and use them daily and there great lol

All made by Kabo IIRR, Mountain is a Private label Brand name of ISN, Intergrated Supply Network, they make nothing only slap their name on others products.
