Mounting a tire rack to the wall

I'm going to build a rack to mount my off season wheels & tires to the wall of my garage. I'm going to build it out of 2 x 4s & I was wondering what kind of fastners I should use to mount it to the wall? FYI the wall has 2 x studs as well.

LedgerLoks. They're designed to mount the ledger board of a deck to a house. I think they'll support your tire rack.

Those are nice. Lag bolts would be fine too.

Except you can't just drive a lag bolt with an impact driver without pre-drilling.

Just used some of these yesterday for a bench and some shelving in my shed. Pretty slick idea, much easier to use than lags and I think they ended up being cheaper for my application. Lowes/HD carry them near the deck screws.
