hey fellow GJ mates:thumbup:

need some help. I ran my 1/2" copper airlines in my upper storage area and have the lines dropping down through the ceiling of the storage and along the walls. The issue I have is the airlines are 1" away from the walls. Rather than take it all apart and put 2 - 45 degree couplers in, I would like to leave it the way it is. I do not want blocks of wood as spacers. Is there any other ideas and if so, can you post the pictures here? A big thank you from one GJ to another for helping out

The copper "bell" or "van" hanger is what I would recommend. (Same item, just called different names by different people). The ones we typically use at work space the pipe 7/8" off the mounting surface.... so that would work perfect for you.

If you need a bunch.... it might be a lot cheaper to buy them at a plumbing supply house rather then lowes or home depot that sells them only individually. At the supply house they come 25 to a box.

Superstrut and cushion clamps. That is what is most common with pipe and conduit in industrial apllications.

great suggestion guys, thank you sooooo much.

I only need about 7-8. Bartle and Gibsons have what I need but like mentioned above, they only have 25/box. I am going to stop by some plumbing places and see if they have any loose to sell.

I'll keep yas posted as what I used
