Pic has a mockup of what I need to do.

LED driver, with black/white AC input. Easy there, run NM to box, use 2 bolt pinch clamp on metal box, ground to box, use wire nuts.

On the DC side I have 2 tiny single conductors (red/blue), like #18 AWG which need to exit the box, and that's where I'm not sure what to do for strain relief.

I'm aware of the Daniel Woodhead/Brad Harrison "mini" cordset system, commonly used in automotive manufacturing. Basically its a 2 to 12 pin system with molded cords, field-wireable male & female connectors, and receptacles. So I could involve that system. Problem is the parts aren't cheap, quick study says I'd be around $20-25 per box and I have 3 setups similar to makeup.

Just curious what kinds of options I have on the DC side to make an orderly setup without involving lots of funds, that my inspector isn't going to flag down.

Why strain relief? Is your light going to be moving?
Really, you shouldn't need anything on the DC side. Maybe a grommet for the knockout if you want to be safe.
