Several solutions out there with the 3d printing option being strong as well as customizing something on hand. Found a company that makes a solid metal part powder coated white or black. Ordered one for my entry door and did the trick. Being able to adjust the offset is nice and can let you center a light over something if needed. Shipping was a PITA, but I blame that on USPS and the Christmas holiday. Overall, I'm happy with the results:
