Looks very interesting - thanks for sharing. Does anybody know by chance where these Mountz torque wrenches are manufactured and/or where this brand is from originally? I searched a bit but could not find a lot of info on them.

Whoah cool. I've never heard of Mountz. I'm surprised that 15-75 ft-lb wrench is 1/2" drive though. Still very tempted to get it. I love the PI style split-beam click and I don't have a good TW that goes that low. I'll need to do a bit more research and comparison to see what these Mountz normally go for and how they compare.

I hope they're good. I took a chance and bought a cheap 3/4" drive because I didn't have one, and an STW150 just because the springless design seemed cool to me. :)

Edit: they were awesome and combined shipping for me!! :)
Edit #2: I'm glad I took my sweet time because I was able to use the Ebay flash coupon that just popped up a while ago!! :)

friend of mine works at the east coast shop. they sell and calibrate tools there. their digital ones are pretty nice.
