Mouting shelves, etc. to this style metal framing

For those of you who have the style of metal framing shown in the photo, how do you mount things to the wall framing? I believe I know my options, welding, sheet metal screws or attaching plywood or some other sheeting material. It seems like the sheeting would get pricey but might would also have the added bonus of introducing added strength to the walls. I don't want options that would weaken them. In my previous wood framed shop I mounted things like old kitchen cabinets, an air hose reel, etc. to the wood frame. It was a good use of unused space. If I end up getting a building like this I will probably use some free standing shelves but I'm collecting ideas on options from you who have already learned what works best.

I used threaded rod mounted on the trusses and hung some angle iron. I use it for extra 2x4s and 2x6s and my wife's growing Christmas totes.

With my wood framed building I laid 5/8" plywood on the truss horizontals for storage space. I thought I'd lose that storage with this style building but your method may offer some of that space back. Did you know the truss weight limit before hand or did you guess? I know my wood trusses held 40# per square foot but I have no idea what these metal ones hold, or how much drilling into them weakens them.

Have you been pleased with your building? I'm about 95% ready to build one of these and our hurricanes always make me wary of the strength of construction methods I am less familiar with.

I've been pleased with what I have. (24x31x8) so space is limited with all my projects. The trusses are an educated guess, but it's stronger than you think. It will hold all the wood and other **** I throw up there. It even holds me while I was wiring my barn light for the outside.
I've even made this tire shelf out of unistrut and threaded rod.

A "certified" building that these companies offer have blueprints with the weight limit and are also hurricane proof

I'll eventually be doing another shelf on the opposite side of my garage once I acquire some more threaded rod and angle iron.
