I do not have one yet , but maybe soon I will have a milling machine. My current "shop" setup, I do not have a good place to put it in a permanent setup, so I would like some kind of a rolling base. Eventually, a suitable location will be made and it can remain there, but for now, I need to be able to move it. I have some rolling bases for other machinery similar to these....

They work quite well but most are for 300-500 pounds, and some of the more heavy duty bases top out near 800 pounds.
The only one I found over 1000 pounds so far is this one, stating it can hold 1500 pounds...

It looks decent and if I cannot find anything else, I might go with this one
There are a couple of mills I am looking at, one is 1100 pounds, the other is close to 1400 pounds.
Anyone have experience with a mill on some kind of moveable base? I am thinking it needs to be solid, not just to move the mill, but also once set in place, it can't shake or rock in any way; needs to be firmly planted to run the mill properly.
Short of a forklift, which I do not have, nor the clearance to run one, any suggestions on a moveable base or other alternatives?
