So, my current shop was something I had built 16 years ago to suit my Jeep tinkering. I have it laid out just like I like. After 2.5 years of searching a place on the water, we found one. House, land and location are perfect. Garage is only ~22 x ~22, has 9.5' ceilings, a full attic above...
