Me too, it would have to be next to impossible for me not to fix it in place, a hose or line likely not that big a deal with some sincere effort.

It really makes no difference if you change a hydraulic hose inside or outside unless you have a weather factor. I have changed hundreds of hoses both inside & out.
It my also just be a fitting or Oring.

Why not just drive another skidsteer down to it and either pick it up or pull it out?

When I need to move my Bobcat T250(9,250lb tracked machine) I just hooked a chain up to it and dragged it with my Kubota SVL 90-2.

Lift the cab and find what's leaking. Or just top off the hydraulic tank with diesel oil, fire it off and move the thing to where you have access to do it right.

Personally I would call whomever the bobcat is rented from and let them figure how to fix the line. Obviously if you got one bobcat in there, there should be room to get another one in there close enough to pull it to where there is some room to fix the line.

Sell you house, change your name and then move to another state.

Mankind has never overcome a challenge so great as a small piece of equipment stuck in an inconvenient spot.

Multiple come alongs?
A crane?

It's a busted hydraulic line. This literally happens hundreds of time per day all across the country.

And most of the time a skilled operator can limp it to a suitable spot to work on it

Fix it, move it or winch it.
Not one tow company would be worried about losing a small wheeled bobcat down a hill of an inexperienced operator was using it there for work. The Jill must be very minor or the operator would have already crashed it down it

This weighs 11,200. Dragged, push, pull lift. No situation is uncureable. And this was missing a wheel hub
