I have a Sea Land container circa mid 60's aluminum sides with a steel frame 35 feet long hat I have to move how to move it with out spending tons of cash for wreckers and such so I will see how can I do this on the cheap. I'm not sure it won't fall apart when moved or trying to move it due to an adequate amount of rust.

So I put wheels on one end and a friend picked up the other end with his back hoe.

How to put wheels on one end? First put a long piece of angle iron 5/16 X 4 X 4 to tie the corners together and then put a spindle on each side.
The spindles are Ford bolt on spindles from my old dirt track racing days, slightly bent and some well used bearings, a wide 5 hub and 2 borrowed wheels and tires. Now I need a flat surface to weld the spindles to so I cut a piece of "I" beam in half slide it down between the angle and the back of the trailer so the face of it is flat against the side and weld the spindle to it the angle to the bottom of the box with the spindle to the beam and away we go.

Looks like one of George Barris's Creations. I think that all you need is some skinny tires in the front, some painted flames, maybe a Hemi sticking out of the top and a seat on top and Wa-La, a hotrod creation...LOL

Sorry to make light of your project. It looks like you are doing a good job on getting the weight to the wheels and to the ground.

Are you thinking about a hitch or 5th wheel pin for the front? I think it would be a little difficult to steer the whole thing with the bucket of the back hoe.

I'd sooner use a BBC with Hilborne Injectors. steer it from a turret on the top. Maybe a modified city bus chassis.

yah, I'm more of a Chevy man myself when it comes to muscle cars. I can see those stacks now...LOL

Maybe a Polished Hilborn Shot-Gun Injector on a Mooneyham Blower...Ahhh the good old days when I was racing.
