I have a chance this weekend to buy a Mr cool unit and save several hundred dollars. My new shop is under construction and is 1200 sq ft, 2x4 insulated, low e windows and insulated 10x8 doors, 9.5' ceiling. The question is will the 24k be to small and run constantly or is the 34.4 to big and wont get the humidity out of the air? Low temps in the winter might be 20ish highs in the summer upper 90's but high humidity. Any help is appreciated.
