I just ordered the Mr. Cool 5th Gen 36k Mini-split and looking to get the outside wall mount bracket for it. The reviews from the Mr.cool brand are not good at all, and just seeing if anyone has any alternatives that worked well. I could build one, but looking to just get one. I tried searching and could not find exact answers on this.

Thanks,

I thought about that, but having it mounted on the building is easier for mowing and keeping leaves and debris away from it as much as possible.

After running mine on the wall I would advise using a pad and one of the tall legged mounts to keep it up a foot or so. Mine is super quiet but sometimes vibrates the whole wall and anything touching it, like all the metal cabinets I have on that wall.

I was coming to make this exact statement.

I've got one mounted to my shop for our bonus room and one on a pad. You will certainly be able to hear that outdoor unit running.

My minisplit compressor for the house is now mounted to the wall (old setup wasn't). When it's going pretty good it makes a low hum on the interior rooms that sounds like a diesel is idling down the street. Much prefer just mounting on a platform. They sell ones that have metal legs and a shelf that elevate the unit a foot or two off the ground.
