Mr Cool unit input

Friend of mine is looking at the unit below. He doesn’t plan to be in his house for more than 6 more years. Doesn’t need a top of the line system and this one will meet his needs. Thoughts?

If he knows the load why pick a multi tonage condenser because the lines are precharged? 135k furnace would want return air entering both sides of the furnace for better flow across blower if there's room.
