Hey people I am desperately trying to get my Mr. Cool off of the wall. It is snapped into the mounts and I can't figure it out. I forgot to put in the bluetooth piece in back.. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Are you sure that the dongle doesn't go on the back of the front cover? By the display?
