Have a 45x30x16 Garage, Pole Barn, Insulated. I would use propane. Would this one heater be enough? BTU calculators online says yes, Just wanted to see if anyone had experience with the heater before I bought. Thinking of only keeping it to 50°-55° in the winter

I just got one for my 30x40x13. It's odd..The claims are that it's ideal for a 2 1/2 car garage. But states its good for 2000 sq ft. My building is 1200 sq ft. that sometimes I can barely fit 1 car... does that count?

I have the same question for the 50,000 BTU with my 48 x 30 x 10. It claims 700 sq ft. But I had a 50,000 BTU space heater in Long Island and it did 700 sq on a 20° day to about 70° very rapidly. I believe I can easily go twice that here in NC.
