Mr Heater ground?

I hope to fire it up tomorrow 45,000btu.

I don't see a ground screw, is there one?

If need be i'll just drill the caseing and install one.
Just seemed odd that there isn't one.

It is in the metal panel that is behind the wiring loom and exhaust blower in the business end of the unit. The screw is green.
Any sheet metal screw screwed into that panel would suffice.
If you can't see it, drill a hole and add your own.
It should be right about where the red dot is in this image;
