Mr. Heater Install

I got my new Mr. Heater 75,000. My question is where I had my old flue from the old furnance,pvc, it is only about 2 inches below the overhang of my garage. Does it matter how low under the overhang it is as long as it goes past the over hang..Thanks...

I have a similar heater, although not a Mr Heater. Read your instructions closely because mine says the pipe can be no closer than 4" from a flamable material.
