When you have the replacement board match it up (orientate it to match) against the one thats in the heater. I believe all the connections have connectors so remove them one at a time and plug into the new board. Remove the screws that are used to mount the board to the heater and mount the new one the same way. Pretty simple.

One more thing you can do is to take a digital camera and shoot a few pics, that is what I did when I replaced my board several years, that way I didn't have worry about making a wrong connection. Learned that lesson a long time ago and I always take a pic before tearing something apart.

Thanks. I did do that and it worked out great. I'm up and running.
Thanks

Chuck, You are not alone on the MH circuit board change out. I waited for two weeks at my mail box for my replacement board to make it from Ohio to Wisconsin. Your new board should have come with longer "stand offs" for the board mount. (The nylon tubes the mounting screws go through.) MH tech told me that is one of the revisions to solve their board problems. On my 75k unit the igniter failed. When asked, the MH tech replied that the new 50k and 80k units all have the revised circuit boards.
