msc, can't place order???

hello,


has anyone had trouble with msc and making a order? i tried to place a order yesterday after registering and thought maybe the problem was it was too soon.


tried again today same issue i have 4 items in my cart and i put all my info in and it would like to update my address but will not update. i have sent msc a messsage and hope that takes care of it.

if i fail at this i will have to try calling them.


has anyone else had this issue?

No, I've never had a problem.

Just give them a call. Their customer service is phenominal. You usually get a real person that can speak english and they answer the phone on the first ring.

But no, I've not had that problem although their checkout is cumbersome. Certain browsers make the site glitchy, I actually have better luck on my iPhone than desktop w IE

I call them and order almost every day of the week. Never had an issue. I love MSC!
