Multi-Branded Multi Function Long Nose Pliers?

Anyone know which Asian State owned conglomerate from the far east made these multi purpose pliers? I have the Craftsman version and they’re ok but don’t fully extend and the wire cutters arent as sharp as they should be.

Craftsman, Husky, Odyn and Goldblatt - exact same pliers.

Upon further reaearch, they brand tools for Workpro, Duratech, Geardrive, Commercial Electric, Festa, HDX and I believe may own Sheffield tools outright.
