If you're after a brand name, take a look at the Keysight U1272A or Fluke 27 II.

With an idea of budget, we may be able to make better recommendations. Brymen for example, makes excellent meters (they're primarily an ODM). Most of Greenlee's meters are rebranded Brymen, as are a couple of Mastech's (an otherwise terrible brand IMHO).

I have a Fluke 78 automotive meter that could use a new set of leads. Is it worth staying with the Fluke leads or is there something else that's comparable?
Probemaster. Better value than Fluke/Pomona, and they're even better made IME (Danaher's tanking the quality).

FWIW, I've only one set of Fluke/Pomona left, and when they go, I'll replace those with Probmaster as well.

Get Pomona leads, they are owned by Fluke, but are cheaper.
Sadly however, the quality has taken a dump lately. :(
