A Fluke 902 seems to be the gold standard, from what I've seen.

Both fluke and Fieldpiece are good climate control meters. I use a UEI 310. I've used it for years and it has been an excellent value and it is still going strong. Make sure you get a micro amp setting. Don't confuse it with milli amps the micro amp symbol us a "long nosed U". Do you need meg-ohm function? If so, the price goes up. You can probably compare all of these meters on Johnstone Supply's site.

All of the guys I work with use UEi DL379 or DL389's. No issues besides the odd idiot who tries to check spark instead of micro amp.
