Multimeters

Long time lurker here, but it's my first post. I've had a cheap HF multimeter for some time that finally to a ****. So, I stopped by a local pawn shop to see if they might have something middle of the road. I really don't need a top of the line model Fluke, but I wanted something well built. They didn't have much except fluke, snap on, and blue point. Most of those were a little more than I wanted to spend. Then, I came across this one that seemed well built and was priced right at $30 OTD. Has anyone ever heard of this brand/meter before? A google turns up little.

The fuse on the face is where a temp probe plugs in. I assume the fuse just lives there when not using that probe. From what I can tell, this is the company:

in reading the manual, the temp probe measures to 1370c....wow
