muriatic acid on epoxy floor.

I coated the first half of my garage last week. I'm going to start moving everything to the finished half and start on the prep for the second half and i just realized I'm going to have to squeegee the acid over the newly finished floor to get it out of the garage. I guess I didnt think this through and should have started with the rear half first.

So is the acid going to hurt the new finish? it's Rustoleum Professional with the Clear coat on top.
Should I wet vac up the acid instead?

EDIT: I meant to put this in flooring, Can a mod move it please?

Epoxy has good resistance to hydrochloric acid, though only after curing.

Work fast and neutralize with water and soap afterwards.
