I used MA for my final step of my floor prep. Some leaked out of my sprayer on my front steps and left a white residue. I want to seal the concrete but want to make sure that white stain doesn't show up. What's the best way to remove it?

Wet the area, sprinkle liberally with baking soda, scrub with stiff bristle broom/brush, rinse liberally with water. It should fizz a bit. Repeat if necessary. Wear eye/face/skin protection

Muriatic acid does not leave a residue. It looks white, because it has etched the surface.
If it were me, I'd spray the whole thing now to even it out. Or just let it weather, and hope the spots will slowly disappear.

When its wet it doesn't show. It when it is dry that it really shows up. What do you think it would like if i applied a clear concrete sealer on it?

Clears will encapsulate and often can magnify any issues with the appearance.
