Murray panel board plastic hinges source

Like the title says, I have an approximately 40 year old Murray 40 circuit panel board and the hinges are horseshoe shaped pieces of plastic that snap into the panel board cover. Does anyone know where I can source these? I need three of them. Please see the following picture:

Might end up having to make some out of metal or attach some metal hinges to the panel.
