I have another hobby of collecting old aviation things. My $50 find of an old galley cart turned into a pretty nicely tool chest. It has sliding removable drawers, one set on each side lockable doors, a nice spot on top, it rolls, and you can lock and unlock the casters with your foot. Just have to make sure to load sockets and heavy stuff lower down to keep the balance.
