Hey all, I am a new member here. I'm 25 and my wife and I just bought our first home in October. This is my first garage as I'm used to lugging tools up form the basement to my parent driveway so this is awesome!

Anyways onto the pics:

Hey congrats and welcome to a fellow Ontario member. I can completely relate to all you mentioned. My current Single is also my first garage post apartments and parental situations. The Pirelli Banner is killer and also perfect for hiding the junk i see haha.

As mentioned by Derrickwade what are you planning on doing to spruce it up or make it more functional?

Oh man, it's cool to be "single"! You have come to the right place. There's 4 or 5 singles that are presently in the mad passionate throws of improvement for you to follow. A few of them have already signed on to your thread. Looking forward to seeing how this forum influences your design and functionality plans...Good luck! Hold on to your wallet!

Thanks everybody!

My plans are to organize the area where my tool box is and figure out a way to get the compressor off the ground. I want to add more light, and finish the car to regain some space for whatever. I have a metal table top that I weld on to set up as well...I haven't figured out how to do that either though.

I have to say, I bought car dollies from princess auto and they make a huge difference in terms of free space. I can just pull my project car out from the wall when I want to work on it. I removed the mirrors for few extra inches. I would recommend them to anybody storing a car/project in a single garage.

....the assimilation into the garage "Borg" has begun.... ha ha

1st it's "more light" then you start looking around and find stuff you never knew you couldn't live without, a Wilton vise, Racedeck flooring....

Welcome!

Sorry i dont mean to go off topic but do you have two smart cars or two fiat 500?

Nope.....

1985 Ford Mustang

2010 Subaru Forester

And it's a working garage...I do alot of work on my Mustang and subaru. Most recently changed out the whole rear end for a rear disc brake conversion, changing out the front end spindles too.
