My 1st real garage.

Hows everybody.
Names Mike, im from Florida.
Ive been looking over this site for some time now but never had anything worth sharing or doing till now. Just bought my 1st house and just moved into it last weekend. The main reason for buying the house was the garage, as i have wayyyyyyy toooooooo many projects and no wife or girl friend .
Its nothing compared to what some of you guys have but after working out of a one car garage for 2 years this place is awesome.
Like i said i just moved in last weekend so i havent done much but i plan on it.

Welcome and congratulations Mike. The reason you have so many projects at this point is because you do not have a wife or girlfriend. Enjoy it while you are able...maybe you'll even be able to finsh a project in the forseeable future and not have to put it on hold for other demands I'll look forward to watching this progress.

Datsun is a 77 280z. Has a L28ET motor straight 6. Made my own front mount turbo setup with a equal length exhaust manifold. custom tube radiator support and etc. coilovers, big brakes, standalone, ccw classic wheels, etc.
Just got it running after 5 years, just a fun toy.
still lots of work to do on it.

ya thats a bumper for a FC rx7. my buddy has a few. Got some nasty work done to them. fun cars.

ya heres a few pics of the cars.

the blue z, i cant believe i dont have any current pics of it.. ill take some tomorrow.

no real progress as work and now a girl friend has taken alot of my time.
gonna have to ditch one or the other .


Been doing up a buddies rx7 for awhile now, and once his stuff and car is out (he's a mess) then im gonna start working on the garage.
Im gonna start building some custom kit cars soon, so i got to get the garage and tools in order.
Going to pick up a 6.5hp 60gal air compressor this week, and my tube bender and powder coater should be here be early next week.
Next is run power to the oven, mig welder, new tig, and the compressor.

Its not a locost. Its a Exocet, from the UK.
Use's a MX5 subframes and etc.
this one will be getting a 1.8 miata motor, next one will get a LS2, and the next after that will be getting a custom 4 rotor.

well i bought the house needing some work. its a 3 bedroom, 2 bath that was built in the early 80's. Its right at 2000sqft and the garage and 3rd bedroom was added on some time during the late 90's. After all said and done, after floors, new kitchen and a/c system it was right under 85 grand.
not bad, but still needs work.

green wheels are 280zx turbo wheels. i powdercoated them at my buddys shop when i was living in texas. 6 years later they are holding up like new.
