My $2 auction buy: what is it??

I went to an auction the other night and bought a box of goodies for $2. I figured the puller alone was worth it, but I have no idea what the other stuff is. Anyone recognize anything and can help me out?

The c clamp looking thing looks like some sort of old ammo loading press. Or maybe a snap tool? Weird stuff!

Yea, from a distance it looked like just a c-clamp, but it's definitely some sort of press tool with the attachments that are taped to it. There was a lot of boat related items. I think this might have been part of a boaters garage clean out. The motor lift is cool. Flat piece of steel with a chain link welded on. I won't be using that. Lol

The C clamp looking tool looks like an early brake lining friction material riveting tool.

The 3 armed thing is for spooling phone cable or fish wire for an electrician. It's made to fit inside and adjust to different size spools. There should be a frame for it to hang from.
