My 2 post lift

Well,I've scanned through the net about two post lifts,as to educate myself. From what has been mentioned,lifts that are made in China,have been questioned about their durability and safety. In the instruction manual of my lift,the brand number is QJY-B3500. When I google QJY-B3500,I come to learn that it is Chinese manufactered

Look for the certification, nothing wrong with foreign steel but you need to make sure they are ANSI/ALI certified. For example, my 4 poster is made by Challenger which is a USA manufacturer, but I have the light commercial space saver model, everything is made in the USA (hydraulics, assembly, etc.) but the steel is imported from China.
