So about 4 months ago i decided to spruce up my garage a bit. Some new lights, fresh paint that kind of stuff.
Then I discovered this website, and boy is my wallet sorry I did. One thing led to another and here I am 4 months later finally starting to see some results.

So here is a before shot. (sorry only one I had)

And here's a list of what i did:
Re-framed ceiling joists from 8 to 10 ft and dry walled everything.
Added an entry door on the side
All new wiring with new lighting
Moved my air compressor to the shed and plumed a hose reel and wired a switched outlet in the shed.
New garage door and motor.
wired in ceiling speakers.
Installed Racedeck flooring

And a bunch of other **** I'm forgetting.

Here are some pics

So I finally got around (and saved up) to installing some new cabinets in the garage. After doing a lot of research and thinking, I ended up going with New Age pro series cabinets from Costco.

So far I really like the new cabinets. They feel solid, much more than the craftsman cabinet I had before.

Wow, I'd say you just upped your storage factor significantly. I wonder if your new cabinets feel better because they are factory assembled. I had to assemble my Craftsmans, and I think some were done better than others. Your place is looking great.

that's pretty awesome. Can you take a picture of the lock mech. of the tall cabinets?

I just ordered mine from Costco, and noticed that my doors don't lock.

The lock mechanism uses the shelf to lock. More than likely you don't have one of the shelves in the proper position.

Just realized mine don't lock either.
