Between 705 & 1200 SQ/FT My 26' x 26'- 2 car garage.

Hey all,
I am new to this great site. Here is my 26' x 26' garage.
It started slow as my contractor was terrible but it is almost complete now.
Once he was done I was able to do the fun stuff like paint and epoxy floors.
I used Spartan epoxy. It is a bit slippery when it is wet even with the sand additive to grip. (any suggestions would be appreciated)
Any good options to clean the floor?

With flooring and walls done I was able to install my Moduline Cabinets. Came up with a layout that was perfect for me and was able to design it using Moduline's configurator on the website.
After cabinets were installed it was time to load em up.

Next step will be to add pull down stairs to access the attic and utilize that space.
Has anyone added pull down stairs in the house or garage? Any tips?

very cool!! I "hung out" with johnny west's niece?? when she and I were both in H.S. (arizona) I remember seeing a bench vise with a blower pully attached that had something to do with testing blower belts? anyways just that alone ..I was like man! that is sooo cool!! i think to "clean" the floor you should put a burnout from the rear FC tires in each bay area..... LOL!!! just not too early in the morning!

I helped my parents add "pull down" stairs to their garage in a previous home. Wasn't anything super special, traditionally framed stairs, big hinges and a cheap 120 winch to pull them up into place. They had someone frame in the opening to make it the width you'd expect so the hard part was done before we got there...

Big thing will be making sure the point that you attach the stairs is able to handle the weight of the stairs bearing on that cross member you add to screw the hinges into since it doesn't have stairs right now.

Hi, Matt. Love the cabinet layout! I've had attic access stairs in all my garages and my new shop. 2 things to look out for: make sure your location has enough "headspace' above the stair placement in the ceiling so you won't hit the underside of the roof when entering the above space and secondly, try to choose a location so the end of the ladder lands in a convenient space so you don't have to move everything out of the garage to use the ladder( this is the hardest part ). HTH
