I started this addition back in April of this year. Right now I'm at the point where the exterior is done along with the rough electrical. The inspector will be here on Friday for the electrical inspection and if that goes well we'll be insulationg this weekend. I'm also meeting with an HVAC contractor on Thursday to talk heating systems which will probably be a Sterling propane 75,000 btu heater.
Once it's done it's primary use will be for working on my 2 toys. A Factory Five MK III Roadster and a 1980 Ford Fairmont Futura street machine but I'm sure my son will find other uses for it as well....
