Yup, i got the wrenching bug. I'm 15 and i just Re-stored a Craftsman Toolbox last weekend. Now i'm doing another one! This one is slightly smaller. I got it for $10 full of tools (another thread shows all the tools that came with it). I tore off all the latches already and the nameplate and have it wire-wheeled with 2 coats of RED
spray paint. It's not a toolbox if it ain't red! This one is in slightly better shape except for the latches are very rusty, and the bottom of the inside of the box has some type of pinkish protection tape that i can't get off. I guess i'll just paint over it.
And no i did not paint it on that box while it was on top of my toolbox. I just put it up there to dry over-night. And in case anybody is curious why that 10 lb. dumb-bell hasn't moved, well it's not because i put it there to make it look like i use it. It's for snowmobile track tension.
