My 30X30 retirement gift

Retired after 32 years with the Department of Defense and my wife retired after 25 years as a teacher, we decided to move from the city to the country. Wanted enough room for my shop. We built a new house and 30X30 shop. It has 200 amp service, a half bath and a perfectly level 6 inch slab. My son in law installed a Mitsubishi mini split to keep the shop livable down here in Georgia.
