What design are you planning? I like the woods area you're building in.

30 ft wide 40ft long with 3 roll up doors.

The slab is sealed and ready to build Monday,
The woods are the best part.

Framing stated on 30 x 40 now its getting good!

Now this is a thread I'll follow only because I'm strongly favoring this type of framing. I'm considering Versatube http://www.versatube.com/ or Absolutesteel http://www.absolutesteeltx.com/index.php as the manufacturer. What brand have you used?

On the estimate.....I'll say $18,500.

WOW good guess should come out to be 19000.00.
This system is my local builders design they only use 3x2 and can only bend a 3x12 pitch roof thats for the 12 ft side walls.Very simple will do the next one myself.

It feels great knowing all this gas powered stuff is out of the basement and not beside a gas furnance and hot water heater.

Still need panel liners,electric,water more concrete & CASH!!

Looks great! I have my slab in (30x40) and hoping to get the framing going in the next week or so. Hoping to have a good shell before it gets too cold and starts to snow.

Ok, the garage build is looking good. But Ya had me with the 67 camaro, and then ya threw the 69 convertible out there. Now I'm really just jealous of the toys.
