Pretty happy with it.
Still have electrical to do.
The pad took about 75 tons of dusty buckshot
And 50 tons of gravel to get everything level and
Prepped for concrete slab. Slab is 4 inches with a couple
Thicker areas for a future lift. Relief cut as well

I'm located in South of Kansas City about 30 minutes.
I'm trying to figure out what to use around the edges to minimize water damage and corrosion. I've heard it's not
Smart to use dirt because it can trap the moisture and
Cause faster decay of the base boards

On my previous pole barn (in Ohio) we used gravel around the exterior extending out about 2 ft.

This also prevented mud from splashing up on the building, and made mowing grass easier as we weren't mowing right up against the building.
