Hey everyone. After a long time coming, I finally have my 30x50x14 built. The overhead door frameouts are 12x12 and has two 36" side doors. Gallery blue with black trim. 26G metal. Two 3x5 windows. One facing east and other west. Overall objective is to have the front half to be my shop to include a two post lift. The back half will be our home gym. I've been reading as much as I can on here about other peoples builds and outcomes. Looking to do blow in insulation in the ceiling and blow in fiberglass in the walls. I live in NW Arkansas so we get a bit of everything through out the year.

Is there a calculation to know how much insualtion I will need for the walls? Being blow in, I can see how some results may vary and such. And reading the labels saying R-value at this thickness etc.

If anyone has any recommendations on concrete companies that service near Clarksville that would be great.

I feel like most people use spray foam or some kind of batt in the walls. Have you started a thread in the Garage Gallery yet? I'd love to see this come together. I'm hoping to one day build something similarly sized

Nothing useful to add: mine is 24x50x10. The ceiling height doesn't bother me, but what I'd do for the extra 6' in width that you have

Its been awhile since I've posted some updates. We have power and a couple wired in outlets to keep us busy. Installed recessed lighting for the back half where the gym is. This past week we had the garage doors installed.
As far as insulation goes, I will be doing rockwool for the walls and spray foam for the roof panels (no ridge vent/soffit vents :lol_hitti)

My question is seeing how spray foam will cost an arm and a leg (EMT going to school..) can I insulate the walls little by little and install the metal sheets and not run into issues installing the ceiling panels later on? I know typically the ceiling goes in first and the wall sheets slide into the channel. Thanks!
