Here is my lil spot. Specs are 40x50x16 with same size awning. 12x14 sectional insulated doors. One has an opener. Right now its the permanent spot for my 5th wheel and soon to be temporary house. While we set up to build our house. Finally got my shop and I have been looking on here and trying figure out what to seal the floors to keep the dust down. Also looking to AC the shop as its in San Antonio Tx and hot as hell here in the summer.

Looks really nice! I have to ask though, why did you decide to make half of it an awning?

Seems like it would have been minimal cost to enclose it as the structure/roof/concrete is there.

Well honestly I had no need to enclose it all at this time. I didn't really want my RV inside the shop. I like the idea i can put 4 cars under cover on one side. Its a work in progress. Have lights added and will add more as time and money allows. At some point it may all be enclosed. but for now it suits my need really well. Sorry for such a delayed reply lol been at work in Nigeria for a bit, and still am.
