while your garage is 45' deep im looking into building a 20X42 and was wondering if its enough room to park 2 full size suv's (Cadillac escalade esv the big one) one in front of the other ?

Tough question... I have a dodge ram quad cab 1500 and with it in one end it reaches to my heater (which is exactly halfway). I bet you could, but you wouldn't have a ton of room to move around. Wikipedia says the Escalade ESV is approx 18' 6". Depending on how long your other SUV is you should be OK. Just not a lot of wiggle room.

yes i measured mine and its right around 19' roughly

so when i figured my length i doubled that and added 2 ft on workin on it in fron and 1 ft in the middle and 1ft in the back so i came up with 42' and that comes perfect to the front of my house

i probley wont ever have 2 of them in there at the same time but i just wanted to make sure for storage reasons

is that 42' inside or outside?
if it's outside you'll need to take off another 1' for front and back walls maybe??
