Very cool. I scored a similar Columbia vise for about $15 a few years back. . .A tool for a lifetime!

its got brand new aluminium jaws in it also, doent look like they have been used since installed. little dirty but no nicks or chips

That's a great find for $5. Just goes to show that patience and persistence pays off. You **** deals are out there if you look long enough.

Everyone I know seems to have found a great vise at a flea market or garage sale for between $5 and $25. I'm waiting -- don't get out much, but I could use one for home.
