Thought I'd share my new money pit. 28'x56'x16' Gambrel RV/boat storage garage attached to a 44'x44'x14' workshop. Insulated 20'x14' door on the RV side and a 12'x12' going into my workshop. Plan is to add a roll up door between the two sides when I finish the inside. Planning on 10 2'x7' windows mounted high for natural light.

My design/rendering below.

I brought in about 200 tons of class 2 sand to bring the grade up a few months prior to starting the project.

Steel almost finished. Waiting on 1 piece of trim then I can have my final inspection.

Installing 1.5" XPS foam insulation between the girts prior to applying spray foam and interior girts.

Thank you! I got most of the XPS foam installed this weekend. Hoping to get a spray foamer out this week and I could really use some gutters!

I have tried cutting foam on a table saw, that was darn tough when the blade grabbed the foam. The foam would get pulled from my hands. Then I'd end up with a rough edge. I'll try cutting with a circular saw next time.

Thanks for the tip..

I used a small Milwaukee sawzall with a fine tooth blade. Run it against a angle iron straight edge. Works great and fast.

I cut foam with a table saw and a very fine high tooth count trim blade and it hardly tries to grab the foam.
