wow, that is organized. I have to compete with my parents and brothers junk in my garage. I was in my garage on tuesday doing ball joints and tie rod ends. I had to use the torch a bunch of times meanwhile it was 98*F. I thought the whole place was going to go up in flames (clothes everywhere lol)

I have always wanted to put an a/c in the window but I think cleaning out the garage is the first step. My dad has a load of tools and so did my grandpa. I basically inherited these since my dad has joint and back problems. He hasn't had a project car to work on in years because of this. I have only a corner of my garage for tools. I have to move so much **** just to get to the bench. I envy the people on this board with so much space and organization lol. I'll post pics someday.

It hasn't been this clean since I took the pictures. I just replaced rotors, calipers, pads, drums and shoes on my truck over the weekend.

Lots of posts on that here, do a search, it's mostly Armstrong from HD or Lowe's

I'll check it out. The only problem with most of this stuff is it's very slippery when wet. But, I guess you get what you pay for...

Thanks.

Looks great! And congrats on the magazine cover also!

It still seems strange how they removed your stripes, flooring, and some of the signs.. I understand why they do it, and it's actually kinda funny that they print "control your clutter today" right over the pic they removed some of what they deemed to be "clutter"?! :)

At first I wondered how you may have felt about modifying your pics, but then figured getting the cover in the first place outweighed any ill thoughts..

Again, job well done organizing that much family and lawn items while keeping an open feel.

Yes, a bit strange. They did call me and say they were trying to clean up the cover a bit and with all of the text, it was a bit busy. I'm good with it though; the full pictures are inside and I'm gracious to have made the cover given the other garages detailed in the magazine.

Thanks, Travis

That's it, I'm breaking down and getting some of that slat wall stuff. Which brand did you buy? Looks great.

I bought the StoreWall brand. They have standard and heavy duty, I bought the Heavy Duty.

Very nicely done!!!

What kind of lift is that for your bike and where can it be purchased?

It's a "racor" brand. I bought it online for $35, but I don't recall where. You can probably google "Racor Bike Lift"

Beautiful. The only suggestion I would make is to continue the gray and the stripes across the back side of the garage doors. But that's just OCD...which you clearly have!

Believe it or not, I seriously considered doing that. In retrospect, probably should have. Thanks for the comments.

Thread Resurrection Time from a longtime lurker...

Nice Garage T1704! I'm going to copy your layout almost exactly. Thanks for posting your pictures.

Are those baseboards white or a slight grey?
