Hi, I have been lurking here for a couple months while I have been working on the garage. I used to do a lot of woodworking in here, but the last couple years it has been more metal working and fabrication. Just hobby stuff. This project all started because I wanted everything to be in drawers or cabinets because of all the dust on everything. Now that I have everything covered I think it looks a little too "sterile".
I originaly wanted to get a few of the Gladiator wardrobe style cabinets, but at $299 a piece I thought I could do better than that. So for about $100 in material, including the bifold doors I made a large closet with additional storage space overhead.
Here are a few pics. The garage floor will be next. Right now it has a lot of paint overspray on it from restoring old JD garden tractors.

Wow, nice job on the closet! I like the use of the diamond plate for the chair rail and baseboard. Very well done. Nice deer mounts too! Here's one of my favorites (Clark County, 2004):

Hi JOHNK007, and thanks. I am in Braidwood, just south of Joliet. I Bow hunt around here a little, but I try to spend a week or two in Southern Illinois during the rut and gun season. Not a shabby buck you got on the wall yourself.
