My Avatar Changed Itself?

Looks like my avatar changed to a recent photo I posted to a topic.

Checked the control panel and it shows the hammer group instead of the garage photo I had set? How could that happen?

No, actually neither was. I had uploaded the garage avatar using the CP, the tool group one that has replaced it was just a recent attachment I put on a post.

Yep, that's exactly what happened to me. I don't know how to change it back so I guess I'll just leave it. No clue who it is.
